Over

Expertise:

• Platform Engineering
• Enterprise Architectuur
• Java - Spring Boot
• Kafka
• Python
• OpenShift - Azure
• CI/CD - DevOps
• AI-platformen - LLM's - RAG - AI Agents - MCP

Confluence Q&A Plugin (ZanMind) — Atlassian Marketplace

Turn Confluence into a living Q&A knowledge hub — without leaving your wiki.

I designed and built ZanMind Questions & Answers for Confluence, a native Atlassian Marketplace app that helps teams capture tribal knowledge, find answers faster, and reduce repeated questions in Slack and email.

The problem: Important answers live in chat threads, old pages, or one person's head. Confluence holds documentation, but teams still struggle to ask questions, discover solutions, and keep knowledge current.

What I delivered:

  • A clean Q&A interface inside Confluence for asking questions, posting answers, and accepting solutions

  • Tag-based organization and filtering so content stays discoverable as the library grows

  • Voting and accepted-answer flows to surface the best responses

  • Microsoft Teams and Slack notifications for new questions and answers

  • Admin controls for tags, teams, and notification settings from a centralized panel

Outcome: Teams get a single, searchable place for questions and answers — fully integrated with Confluence, so knowledge stays where people already work.
